Most of the time we shop at Whole Foods, but yesterday we went to Wisconsin
ans topped at a local grocery store....I was completely overwhelmed by the amounts of choices and foods...that place is CRAZY and I wonder about the obesity rate in that state?
This whole isle is only bacon.
cheese, well we are in Wisconsin...
more cheese....actually even more after that.
Bill is about half way down the chips isle, it goes all the way to the end....
goat milk lollipops! ha ha ha...YUMMY!
what I wanna be when I grow up...chick finding herself again and again....through yoga, love, life, travel and art...

For mothers-to-be, yoga is an ideal way to prepare for birth and labor.
Pregnancy is a time of transition, when new sensations and experiences arise. When practiced during pregnancy, yoga will help you maintain your health and well-being. Additionally, practice peace and freedom to the body, heart and mind of both you and your child. Yoga helps build a harmonious bridge of contact between you and your baby. Your child is dependent on you physically but also sensitive to your mental and emotional states. The equilibrium yoga provides can only enhance the mother-child bond.
The class is conducted in a calm, peaceful environment and will help you strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort through asanas (poses) and breath exercises. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
•promotes fitness and flexibility
•tones the pelvic area
•increases circulation
•works the cardiovascular system
•helps with breath control and breath awareness
•balances body-mind energies
•reduces stress and releases tension
•boosts energy and combats fatigue
•stabilizes emotions
Practicing yoga while you're expecting can help ease aches and annoyances, from swollen ankles to stress. But even if your pregnancy has been relatively comfortable, mastering yoga techniques might pay off on D-day. In a study of moms-to-be in Thailand, those who took yoga classes had a shorter and less painful labor and were more comfortable afterward than women who didn't. fitpregnancy.com/yoga.

hair shoot for a hair magazine
Friday went to the salon just for the colour.
Sunday got professional make-up done.
First look straight hair, parted to the left.
All these are NOT the professional pictures.
The hair book will not come out until about October, so I have no idea what they look like.
Second look: texture, hair is wild lol
and then some pics I took, once I got home.
